Who handles your data
These are the outside companies that process data so Aetherframe can work. Each gets only what it needs for its job.
| Company | What it does for Aetherframe | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Anthropic | AI that reads documents and answers questions | Document text, your questions, and what Aetherframe produces from them |
| Backblaze | File storage and nightly backups | Your uploaded files and a backup of the Aetherframe database |
| Stripe | Payments | Your email, account ID and plan. Card details are entered on Stripe's own page; we never see them |
| "Sign in with Google" (only if you choose it) | Your name and email | |
| Google Fonts | Website typeface | Your IP address and browser details when a page loads; no account or document data |
| Rumble Cloud (Rumble USA Inc.) | Runs the Aetherframe server | Everything stored on the server |
| Telegram | Internal alerts to our team when something breaks | Technical error details; not designed to include your content |
Text recognition, search and analytics run on our own server, not with an outside company. We'll update this page before adding any new sub-processor.
