Effective Date: October 3, 20261. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to Aetherframe ("we," "us," "our," or the "Platform"), operated by Aetherframe. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our Platform with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Create a strong, unique password
- Not share your account credentials with any third party
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
- Not use another person's account without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
4. Description of Services
Aetherframe is a private workspace for organizing documents. You upload your own documents. Aetherframe extracts their text, builds a dated chronology, answers your questions with citations to your documents, and exports an organized packet. Aetherframe uses artificial intelligence (currently Anthropic's Claude) to do this.
Aetherframe does not give legal, medical or financial advice, does not predict outcomes and does not tell you what to do. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Check every answer against the cited source before you rely on it.
5. Subscription Tiers and Payment
5.1 Plans
- Free: 1 matter, up to 25 documents, $4 of AI included. No card required.
- The Matter: $79, a one-time payment for 1 more matter, up to 300 documents, with $25 of AI that never expires. It does not renew.
- Member: $39 per month: up to 5 active matters (300 documents each) and $12 of AI each month.
- Pro: $89 per month: up to 25 active matters (1,000 documents each) and $30 of AI each month.
Current prices and limits are shown at aetherframe.app/pricing.
5.2 Payment and Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. The Matter is charged once. Member and Pro are charged monthly in advance and renew each month until you cancel. We will show the renewal price and date before you subscribe. We do not offer annual billing.
5.3 Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law.
You can cancel Member or Pro at any time in your account settings, effective at the end of the current month. The Matter is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
5.4 AI Allowance
Each plan includes an AI allowance, measured in dollars of AI processing. Each AI task is deducted from it. When it reaches zero, AI features pause until you upgrade or add your own Anthropic key; we never charge extra. Member and Pro allowances reset each month and unused amounts don't carry over. The Matter's allowance never expires. Allowances have no cash value and can't be transferred or refunded, except where the law requires.
6. User-Generated Content
6.1 Your Documents
You keep all rights to the documents you upload and to what Aetherframe produces from them. You give us only the permission needed to store, process and display your documents TO YOU (and to anyone you choose to share them with) in order to provide the Services. We do not sell, publish or distribute your documents, and we do not use them to train AI models. Each matter is visible only to you and anyone you invite.
6.2 Content Representations
You represent and warrant that:
